Dave and Kerrie bring a wealth of church leadership experience, and a passion to raise up the next generation, to train and equip people and help them discover who God created them to be. Dave has been involved in Church leadership in many forms for more than 20 years. After completing Hillsong Bible college in 2000 and marrying fellow student and Sydney girl Kerrie, they move back to Dave’s hometown in Christchurch NZ, to lead a youth ministry before relocating to Sydney in 2011 where Dave was the Senior Pastor of a Local Church for 6 years.

As the Executive Pastor of Resound, Dave oversees all the management and financial aspects of the Church globally, while bringing direct leadership to the Campuses in America.
